Aldo provides an example of this, stating, “we recently introduced an initiative for new houses and flats where key developers sign up to a scheme whereby any discount against the new home is used to reduce the interest rate by up to 4%, making it much more affordable for buyers.” When it comes to what the future has in store for Cubitt & West, Aldo is confident that the agency will succeed in its aim of continuing to simplify the process of buying a house, a goal it is currently attempting to attain by working with soliciting firms to make shared information easier to access, further streamlining the process. Then there is the possibility of technological integration, particularly VR, which means that customers would be able to book virtual viewings, making the process more convenient for all involved.
